These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Floritrade Network Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a company specializing in export documentation services. By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Floritrade Network Limited provides professional support in:

Preparation of export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping documents, etc.).

Advisory on compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

Coordination with relevant authorities, logistics providers, and chambers of commerce for document processing.

Additional export-related support services as agreed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to prepare documentation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the authenticity of information provided (e.g., product details, values, country of origin).

Any delays or penalties arising from incorrect or late information shall be the sole responsibility of the Client.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees will be communicated prior to service delivery.

Late payments may attract interest charges at [X%] per month.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or third-party charges, which are the Client’s responsibility.

We shall not be held liable for losses, delays, fines, or penalties resulting from:

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

Delays caused by third-party agencies or authorities.

Events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

6. Compliance with Laws

The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable export control laws, sanctions, and trade regulations of the origin, transit, and destination countries.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice of [X] days.

Termination does not relieve the Client of obligations to pay for services rendered or costs incurred before termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.

9. Amendments

Floritrade Network Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
